What's Included / What's Not
Item-level manifests are not provided. Depending on the product, we may provide category-level manifest information outlining brand categories, estimated quantities, merchandise types, and general condition or packaging details. Because liquidation inventory varies from one lot to another, exact items, brands, sizes, and quantities cannot be guaranteed.
Not in advance. We do not provide individual photos or videos of specific pallets before purchase. Photos displayed on our product listings are illustrative examples of the merchandise you may receive. Pallets are not assigned or reserved until payment has cleared.
However, subject to availability, we can request a warehouse walkaround visit so you can get a better idea of the merchandise currently available.

No. We do not issue Certificates of Authenticity (COAs) or brand authorization letters. Our merchandise is sourced through authorized liquidation channels and consists of authentic overstock and customer-return inventory. We do not sell counterfeit or replica merchandise. Brands don't provide COAs/authorization letters to liquidators.
Shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Freight rates depend on your delivery ZIP code, shipment size, delivery location (commercial or residential), and any special delivery requirements, such as liftgate service.

Not all merchandise is brand-new or resale-ready. While many items are new or unused, liquidation inventory may also include open-box products, customer returns, damaged or incomplete items, missing packaging, and short-dated merchandise, depending on the product category.
All merchandise is sold AS-IS, and buyers should carefully review the product description and available manifest information before ordering.
Custom requests are welcome but cannot be guaranteed. Standard pallets and truckloads are sold as packaged by our suppliers and cannot always be modified to accommodate specific brands, product categories, or men's and women's assortments.
For larger orders, custom-built loads may be possible, subject to minimum order quantities, availability, and additional preparation lead times. Contact our team to discuss your requirements.
